Oborevwori Congratulates Dein Of Agbor On 49th Birthday

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated the Dein of Agbor Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Benjamin Ikenchukwu, Keagborekuzi I, CON, on the occasion of his 49th birthday, describing the revered monarch as an exceptional traditional ruler whose reign has brought peace, unity and development to his kingdom.

In a goodwill message issued on Monday June 29, 2026, in Asaba by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the Governor praised the royal father for his visionary leadership, commitment to cultural preservation and invaluable contributions to the socio-economic advancement of Agbor Kingdom, Delta State and Nigeria.

Governor Oborevwori said the monarch’s dedication to the welfare of his people, coupled with his passion for promoting harmony and sustainable development, has continued to earn him admiration within and beyond Agbor Kingdom.

He noted that the Dein has remained a shining example of purposeful traditional leadership, successfully blending the preservation of the kingdom’s rich cultural heritage with initiatives that foster peace, progress and communal development.

The Governor said: “On behalf of the Government and people of Delta State, I heartily congratulate His Royal Majesty Benjamin Ikenchukwu, Keagborekuzi I, CON, the Dein of Agbor Kingdom, as you celebrate your 49th birthday.

“Your reign has continued to reflect wisdom, compassion and selfless service, while your unwavering commitment to the peace, unity and progress of your kingdom has made you an outstanding symbol of traditional leadership.

“As you mark this special milestone, I pray that Almighty God grants you many more years in good health, divine wisdom and renewed strength to continue serving your people and contributing meaningfully to the development of Delta State and our nation.”

Governor Oborevwori wished the revered monarch continued good health, abundant grace and many more years of impactful service to Agbor Kingdom, Delta State and humanity.
