Comrade Prince Kpokpogri has felicitated with the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on the occasion of his 67th birthday, describing him as an outstanding statesman whose enduring contributions to governance and national development have earned him widespread respect.
