ASABA – Chief Press Secretary to the Delta State Governor, Sir Festus Ahon, has commended veteran journalist and Chairman of the Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF), Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli, for his unwavering commitment to responsible journalism, good governance and accountability as he celebrates his 60th birthday.
Ahon said Enebeli’s decades of service to journalism and public relations have been distinguished by professionalism, ethical conduct and a steadfast dedication to promoting truth, development and public interest through the media.
In a congratulatory message marking the veteran journalist’s diamond jubilee, the Governor’s spokesman described Enebeli, who also serves as Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Delta State Chapter, as an accomplished journalist, public relations practitioner and respected media leader whose contributions have continued to enrich the communications profession.
He noted that as Chief Executive Officer of Bel Media Consult Limited and Publisher of Ndokwa Reporters, Enebeli has consistently deployed his media platforms to promote responsible journalism, strengthen democratic values, encourage transparency and support sustainable development in Delta State, Nigeria and the Ndokwa Nation.
According to Ahon, Enebeli’s leadership of the Delta Online Publishers Forum has further advanced professionalism, ethical reporting and credibility among online media practitioners, while fostering a culture of responsible digital journalism in the state.
“Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli has built an admirable career anchored on integrity, excellence and service. His commitment to responsible journalism and strategic communication has earned him the respect of colleagues and stakeholders across the media industry,” Ahon said.
He added that Enebeli’s advocacy for good governance, accountability and national development through his various professional engagements has continued to inspire younger journalists and media practitioners.
Ahon prayed that Almighty God would grant the celebrant good health, renewed strength, divine wisdom and many more years of impactful service to journalism, public relations and humanity.
