ASABA – Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has congratulated the Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Delta State Chapter, Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli, on the occasion of his 60th birthday, describing him as an outstanding media professional and public relations practitioner whose career has been defined by integrity, excellence and dedicated service.
In a goodwill message marking Enebeli’s diamond jubilee, Dr. Osuoza commended the celebrant’s invaluable contributions to journalism and public relations, noting that his unwavering commitment to ethical communication and professional excellence has earned him widespread respect within the media industry and beyond.
The Commissioner said Enebeli’s diligence, wisdom and exemplary service have continued to inspire colleagues and younger professionals, while contributing significantly to the growth and credibility of the public relations profession in Delta State.
He prayed that Almighty God would grant the NIPR Delta Secretary sound health, renewed strength, divine wisdom and many more years of impactful service to humanity, the media profession and the nation.
