The Director General of the Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency (DCTDA), Mr. Patrick Ukah, has extended heartfelt condolences to the Delta State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Solomon Arenyeka, and the entire Arenyeka family following the passing of their matriarch, Mrs. Felicia Oritselumewor Arenyeka, at the age of 91.
