Osuoza Celebrates Okowa At 67, Hails Former Governor’s Enduring Legacy Of Leadership

The Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has extended warm congratulations to former Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on the occasion of his 67th birthday, describing him as a distinguished statesman whose legacy continues to inspire generations of leaders.

In a goodwill message issued on Tuesday, Osuoza, on behalf of his family, joined Deltans and admirers of the former governor across the country in celebrating what he described as a life of exemplary public service, visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to the development of Delta State and Nigeria.

The Commissioner commended Okowa’s years in public office, noting that his administration was characterised by purposeful governance, prudent management of resources, institutional growth and people-oriented policies that have continued to impact positively on the socio-economic development of the state.

According to Osuoza, the former governor’s leadership style, political maturity and administrative competence remain enduring benchmarks in public governance.

He also lauded Okowa’s role in mentoring emerging leaders, describing his calm disposition, intellectual depth and ability to build consensus as qualities that have earned him widespread respect within Nigeria’s political landscape.
