The Honourable Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has extended warm felicitations to the revered matriarch, Dame Nkem Okwuofu, popularly known as Agunwanyi and fondly celebrated as the Mother of Government, on the occasion of her 76th birthday anniversary.
