The Director General of the Delta State Contributory Health Commission, Dr. Isaac Akpoveta, has extended warm felicitations to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori, on the occasion of his 62nd birthday anniversary.
