Church Ordains Police Officer As Most Revd Apostle

A serving Nigeria Police Officer, an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Oyoma Echero, has been recently ordined as Most Revd Apostle of Cherubim and Seraphim church of Faith Zion, by  the President of the Association of Isoko/Urhobo Cherubim and Seraphim Forum, His Holiness, Most Revd’ Dr. J.R.O Diatalseko (JP), Ughelli, Delta State.

The ordination which was held at the church headquarters in Ughelli, the adminstrative headquarters of Ughelli north local government area of the state was witnessed by prominent clergymen and women.

In his homily, His Eminence Dr Elijah Olu Akintan (JP), urged all christians to humble themselves so as to learn from their leaders and ministers of God.

He stated that as christians, everybody has its own anointing and calling but admonished all to use it edify God and to promote the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ here on earth.

Dr. Elijah while commending Apostle Oyoma for his commitments and dedication towards the work of God, advised him to always carry his children and followers along in his ministry saying that most children of heads of churches are very stubborn.

He said: “If your children are not following your faith in the Lord is not good, impacts your children in what is in your hand”.

Speaking to newsmen shortly after his ordination, Most Revd Apostle Oyoma Echero, commended everyone present and the ministers of God for their prayers and supports.

He assured his spiritual fathers that he would not fail them and and all members of Cherubim and Seraphim church of Faith Zion.

Some of the ministers of God who were present at the ordination service are; Primate Dr. Bambele Olagoke, His Grace Most Revd Francis Erakpoweri of Messiah Embassy Bible church, Kokori.

Others are;  Most Revd Dr. Lucky Emehwekre, Most Revd Dr James Jobome, Most Revd Apostle Johnbull Orukomenor, Most Revd Dr Ogogo Moses and many more.
