Two suspected ritualists have been nabbed by security operatives of the University of Lagos, (UNILAG), after weakening their victim with weapons.
A Facebook post by Adeleye Julius Olajire, claimed that the suspects used stones to hit the head of the female student at the second gate if the University.
According to the post, the suspects had almost dragged her into their waiting car, when luck ran out of them.
Alajire’s post reads: “Ritualists apprehended at the Unilag 2nd Gate trying to kidnap a female student.
“They hit her head with stone and almost succeeding in dragging her into their moving Smart car”.
He commended the doggedness of the institution’s security men who moved swiftly to arrest the suspects, “Kudos to the Unilag Security Personnel”, he said.
