Immediate past President, Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), Worldwide, Oweilaemi Pereotubo, Esq., has described a former governor of Delta State, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, as a force to reckon with not only in Delta State but across Nigeria.
The erstwhile leader of the Ijaw apex decision making body made the assertion in his birthday message to the the former governor.
According to him: “Happy birthday to the leader of all times, His Excellency Chief James Onanefe Ibori, former governor of Delta State.
“Your voice is one to be reckoned with in our National discuss.
“Congratulations to the Odidigborigbo of modern politice”, he added.
