The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has extended warm felicitations to Senator James Manager on the occasion of his 65th birthday, celebrated today, July 7, 2025.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Nkem Nwaeke, Rt. Hon. Guwor described Senator Manager as a distinguished statesman and a revered son of Delta State, particularly the Ijaw nation.
