A young philanthropist and youth mobilizer in the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) Ughelli south local government area of Delta State, Hon. Oteri Homes took a section of photograph with PDP women leaders from the 11 wards of Ughelli south.
Hon. Homes foldly addressed as Ghanabar by his teeming admirers cutting across political divide, women, men, youths both old and young was taken aback as the women clustered him on seeing him at the inauguration.
The photograph was taken on Tuesday at the Delta State House of Assembly (DTHA), Complex, Asaba, the State capital, during the inauguration of the 8th Assembly, alongside the LGA Woman Leader Mrs Beatrice Gheredje, who led the women to the event.
Ghanabar, is loved by his people of Oginibo and the entire Ughievwen kingdom as he empowers hundred of youths across the local government area.
