Former Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Barr. Deacon Kingsley B. Otuaro, has extended warm congratulations to Governor Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori and his Deputy, His Excellency Sir Monday Onyeme, as they commemorate their second year in office.
In a statement issued on behalf of his family, associates, and political allies, Otuaro praised the Oborevwori-led administration for its sustained efforts in advancing infrastructural development and maintaining peace across Delta State.
