The Honourable Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has extended warm and heartfelt birthday felicitations to the Communication Manager to the Delta State Government, Pastor Jackson Ekwugum, describing him as a distinguished communicator and committed public servant whose contributions continue to strengthen governance in the state.
