The Honourable Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has extended warm felicitations to the Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Sir Monday Onyeme, PhD, on the occasion of his 61st birthday.
In a goodwill message, Dr. Osuoza described the Deputy Governor as a dependable and conscientious public servant whose quiet strength, diligence, and unwavering loyalty to the Governor have continued to distinguish him in office.
He noted that Sir Onyeme’s humility, compassion, and unassuming disposition embody the finest qualities of leadership, adding that his contributions to governance in Delta State remain invaluable.
Dr. Osuoza prayed for continued good health, wisdom, and greater accomplishments for the Deputy Governor, expressing confidence in his sustained service to the state and its people.
