The Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Vice Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government Area, Ms. Nneka Dibia, commending her dedication to public service and contributions to the development of the council.
In a goodwill message issued to mark her birthday, Osuoza described Dibia as a committed public servant whose passion for grassroots development and service to the people of Aniocha North has continued to inspire confidence.
He congratulated the Vice Chairman on the milestone and wished her many more years of fruitful service to humanity.
“On this special occasion, I heartily congratulate you and celebrate your life of service, dedication and commitment to the progress of Aniocha North Local Government Area,” the commissioner said.
Osuoza prayed for God’s continued guidance and protection over the celebrant, asking for good health, renewed strength, greater wisdom and divine favour as she continues to serve the people.
