Hon. Prince Emeka Osamuta, the Member Representing Ndokwa East Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, has hailed the development as a “monumental breakthrough”, describing it as the fulfillment of a long-standing dream for his people.
In an official statement titled “Thank You, Your Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State”, Hon. Osamuta expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Governor for what he called a historic intervention that will open up Ndokwa East to renewed economic and social growth.

He noted that the project will not only improve transportation and connectivity between communities but will also stimulate local commerce, enhance access to services, and uplift the general living standards in the area.
Hon. Osamuta, who also chairs the Assembly Committee on the Warri, Uvwie and Environs Development Agency, emphasized that Governor Oborevwori has once again demonstrated what is possible when visionary leadership meets sincere commitment to inclusive development.
“This is MORE than infrastructure, it is a legacy of inclusion, equity, and progress that Ndokwa East will never forget,” he added.
