Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm felicitations to the Leader of the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Engr. Emmanuel Emeka Nwaobi, on the occasion of his 51st birthday, marked on January 17.
In a statement issued in Asaba by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the Governor praised Hon. Nwaobi, who also serves as Chairman of the Nigerian Majority Leaders’ Forum, for his exemplary representation of Aniocha North State Constituency and his notable contributions to the legislative process, describing him as a lawmaker of high standing and repute.
Governor Oborevwori commended the House Leader’s exceptional leadership capacity, humility, and patriotism, noting that these qualities have continued to strengthen the legislative arm of government in Delta State and promote harmonious governance.
“Delta State is blessed with competent lawmakers in the class of Hon. Engr. Emeka Nwaobi,” the Governor said, describing him as a brilliant legislator whose conduct, competence, and commitment bring pride to the institution.
He further noted that Hon. Nwaobi has consistently demonstrated the ability to effectively manage matters of state interest, development, and progress in his role as Leader of the House.
The Governor added:
“On behalf of my family, the Government, and the people of Delta State, I rejoice with one of Delta’s finest lawmakers, Hon. Engr. Emmanuel Emeka Nwaobi, on his 51st birth anniversary.

Governor Oborevwori wished the celebrant continued success in his legislative responsibilities and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
