Hon. (Chief) Solomon Ighrakpata and his wife, Dr. (Mrs.) Dumebi Ighrakpata, have extended warm felicitations to Her Excellency, Deaconess (Mrs.) Tobore Oborevwori, wife of the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, as she marks her 55th birthday today, February 5, 2025.
