…say Gbagi is the perfect man for the job
An opinion moulder and a community leader, Dr. Oscar Osakwe, has declared that Delta State needs a visionary leader like the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), His Excellency, Olorogun, Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, for the State to overcome what he described as “its current mess”.
Dr. Osakwe, said the ruling Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), has failed to provide solutions to the problems confronting the State hence the need to vote the party out of power in 2023.
He stated this during an enlarged meeting of community stakeholders, leaders, youths in Ubulu-Uku, Aniocha south local government area of the State recently.
He said the former minister of state for education would be a bridge between the the north, south and central senatorial districts of the State and thereby called on Deltans to vote for him (Gbagi) in the forthcoming governorship election.
His words: “As for majority of us, we are very much interested in the most qualified gubernatorial candidate.
“One that is tested, trusted with good governance, with track records of successful governance, strategic succession planning skills.
“A bridge builder and one riding on the strength of his own political sagacity not someone to be imposed by the Cabals as always the case.
“We want the candidate that is physically, politically, intellectually prepared to lead our dear state out of the prevailing hydra-headed problems.
“We don’t want a lame-duck puppet governor to be tossed here & there by these devilish God fathers nor a governor that will always be at the mercy of a recalcitrant State assembly being tele-guided by the Cabals.
“But a strong governor who will be a man of himself & one with great vision of good governance.
“His Excellency Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi is the perfect man for the job.
“He is visionary, very strategic, philosophical and goal getting political leader with nationally spread of associates of Progressive leanings.
“Gbagi is a notable champion of democracy and a father of Progressive politics. He enjoys respect and admirations from wise range of political leaders including the NASS.
“Let’s put it for him in 2023 he will do what the enemies of State abhors” he said.
