The newly elevated Director General, Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, Dr (Barr) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, JP, has commended the State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori for appointing him DG of the Bureau.
A release on Sunday August 25, 2024, personally signed by him and made available to The Story, said the new appointment has ‘practically and morally lifted his spirit”.
The communication strategist pledged absolute loyalty to the Oborevwori-led administration, just as he appreciated party leaders, colleagues, family members and some members of the State Executive Council for their various support.
