The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday.
The body described the milestone as an opportunity to reflect on the administration’s achievements and contributions to the development of the state.
In a congratulatory message jointly signed on Friday June 19 2026, by the Chairman of the Forum, Emmanuel Enebeli, and the Secretary, Shedrack Onitsha,, DOPF noted that the governor’s birthday coincides with a significant period in the state’s history, marking three years of his administration.
The Forum stated that the occasion presents an opportunity to assess the policies, programmes and initiatives implemented by the Oborevwori administration in pursuit of sustainable development and improved living standards for the people of Delta State.
DOPF acknowledged the efforts of the governor in advancing the state’s development agenda through the execution of infrastructure projects, governance reforms and strategic investments across critical sectors of the economy.
According to the Forum, the administration’s emphasis on continuity in governance and the implementation of people-oriented policies have contributed to ongoing efforts aimed at enhancing the welfare and well-being of citizens across the state.
“As stakeholders in the information and media space, members of the Delta Online Publishers Forum have closely monitored developments in the state and appreciate the importance of accountable leadership, prudent management of public resources and sustained engagement with citizens in the pursuit of development objectives,” the statement said.
The Forum further commended Governor Oborevwori for his commitment to public service and encouraged the administration to sustain initiatives geared towards promoting inclusive growth, strengthening public institutions and responding effectively to the evolving needs of the people.
DOPF expressed optimism that the governor would continue to build on the gains recorded by his administration and deepen efforts aimed at fostering economic growth and social development across Delta State.
The Forum also offered prayers for the governor’s continued good health, wisdom and strength as he discharges the responsibilities of his office.
