“Now with your elevation as Director General of the Communication and Orientation Bureau, you would, no doubt, be spurred to raise the bar of public service delivery to Deltans as a testament to your outstanding capabilities and the trust placed in you by the Delta State Government.
“With your impressive academic background, including a Doctorate in Communication Strategy, a professional doctorate in Information Management Strategy and multiple degrees in Public and International Affairs and Mass Communication, we are quite confident you would bring your wealth of knowledge and experience to bear on this pivotal position.
