The National Director General (DG), Barr. Maxwell Omemiroro Ogedegbe, noted that the group has the aim of championing the course of the down trodden in society.
He equally stated that the Confab, is a watchdog of the society, charging them to chop for membership drive to further enhance the course of the oppressed.
The State Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Hafiz Inuwa, in his remarks tasked them to do their work passionately devoid of rancor.
Represented by CSP Imade Graham, head of Operation Dragon, Inuwa, said every agents of government are on ground to serve them just as he charged them to educate their members on their rights.
Also speaking, Pastor Edewor Egedegbe, called on them to separate activism from money making ventures, insisting that the Confab remains distinct in its operations.
