Sheriff Oborevwori-led government in Delta State has suspended the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) election over insecurity report.
The government then warned that the election shouldn’t be conducted anywhere in the State.
The order was given in a statement on Saturday June 26th by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Kingsley Emu.
The government warned that the planned IPMAN election scheduled for Monday June 27th 2023 in Warri axis of the State, should be placed on hold till further notice.
Security operatives have been directed to ensure that the directive was carried out without fail.
