Abanum Commends Okowa, Pledge To Maintain Newly Commissioned Mechanic Village

The Chairman of the Artisans Association of Delta State Comrade, Ifeanyi Abanum has commended Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa for the land approved for the Automobile technicians, in Asaba.

Speaking to news men in an exclusive interview in his office, He disclosed that the approved land will be used as workshop’s and business avenue for automobile technicians.

“The reason behind this, is when you drive in here, the environment is such that you are happy and it gives you the confidence that your car will be properly fixed.

The chairman noted that the reason for the land approved by the governor was to create more workshops for every mechanic in town to move out and relocate into the mechanics village.

“Apart from the aesthetics, the mechanic village offers Deltans and Artisans a befitting one-stop auto market where they can purchase all auto parts as well as repair their automobiles with the latest state of the art technology and equipment in a most convenient, secured, serenend world-class environment”.

He added, “thousands of jobs will be created by this project even as new businesses have been set up apart from its impact on hospitality in the capital city”

“This project is part of senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa campaign promises to create wealth and bring massive infrastructural development to Delta”.

And with this Ultra-Modern Auto-mechanic village, sanity will be restored in the State Capital Territory and it will enable the capital territory well structured and managed”environmental aspect for which the mechanic village was created.

He said, the Artisans pledged their unalloyed loyality and support to the incoming administration in order to maintain continuity.

He thanked the governor, for fulfilling all his promises just as he added that the governor did more than what the Artisans requested.

He also appreciated the Chief of Staff, Hon. Festus Agas, the Senior Political Adviser, Hon. Solomon Funkekeme, Hon. Kingsley Emu, Chief Economic Adviser, , the Commissioner for Transport, Hon. Mike Okah and others respectively, for their supports in achieving the ultra modern mechanic village in Asaba.
