The police in Delta State have arrested two suspects, one Joshua Oweke, 35 years of Gbulebu community in Edo State and Nicolas Binakeye, 25 years of first road Akenfa in Bayelsa State respectively.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Edafe Bright, made the disclosure on Saturday November 10th 2022.
According to the image maker, the duo met their waterloo when the police in 08/12/2022 under Dragon Patrol teams on stop and search duty along Warri/Sapele road.
The suspects were intercepted in a black GLK mercedes Benz SUV with registration number BEN-734-EZ conveying the two male occupants.
The PPRO said when a search was conducted on the car and the passengers, one Barreta pistol and one locally made revolver pistol were recovered.
He assured that the exhibits are in custody while investigation is ongoing.
