According to information gathered, the boy’s dead body was found dumped on the school fence with various cuts on his head.
The Polytechnic community, was thrown into pandemonium last Saturday night, outside one hotel in the community (name withheld).
An eyewitness who pleaded anonymity disclosed that Frank, just sat for his exams, was returning from where he went to see one of his lecturers when he was attacked by some group of boys carrying cutlasses and axe.
It was also gathered that the community is engulfed with fight between cultists in recent times as people are incessantly attacked at any point fight broke out in the Polytechnic community by cultists.
Another version said that the deceased was dating the girlfriend of a cultist, alleging that the death is not unconnected to the rumour.
The residents of the community used the medium to call on the state government to look into the issue of cultism in the area with a view to arresting the ugly trend.
The police, when contacted, said that they were investigating the killing.
