News filtering into the town has it that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has arrested the former First Lady of Anambra State, Ebele Obiano.
Mrs. Obiano, who is going for the senatorial election, it was gathered was apprehended in connection with numerous frauds allegedly perpetrated by her and her husband, Willie Obiano.
At press time, text message sent to the Spokesman of the Commission, Wilson Uwajaren, was not replied.
