The Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos state has jailed one Yusuf Adetokunbo for offence bordering on possession of documents containing false pretence.
The Lagos Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on August 8, 2022, secured the conviction of Adetokunbo, before Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Special Offences Court.
Adetokunbo was arraigned on a one-count charge dated July 22, 2022, bordering on possession of documents containing false pretenses contrary to Section 320 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
