The Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures in Nigeria and Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has felicitated with the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Sir Monday John Onyeme, on the occasion of his 61st birthday.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, Guwor described the Deputy Governor as a committed and forward-looking leader whose contributions to governance have significantly supported the administration of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
He noted that Onyeme’s strong sense of collaboration and dedication to duty have continued to enhance policy implementation and overall development in the state.
“Sir Onyeme’s cooperative approach to leadership and his pursuit of excellence remain key pillars in the steady progress being recorded in Delta State,” Guwor stated.
The Speaker offered prayers for God’s continued guidance, good health, and wisdom for the Deputy Governor, expressing hope that the new year in his life would usher in greater accomplishments, joy, and fulfillment.
Guwor further remarked that Onyeme’s leadership has inspired confidence among the people, describing him as a stabilizing force within the state’s governance structure.
He added that members of the Delta State House of Assembly join the Governor and other well-wishers in celebrating the Deputy Governor, wishing him a fruitful and successful year ahead.
