A public notice dated Wednesday June 9th 2021, signed by the newest Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Chief Patrick Ukah, stated that his appointment was approved by the goverrnor.
According to the announcement, the date for the inauguration would be announced in due course.
Mr. Agas, was among those who declared their intentions to the Delta Central 2023, with the acronym DC 23.
His appointment as Chief of Staff, Government House, could be that he has declined from his 2023 governorship ambition.
Agas, until his new appointment, was the Secretary to the State Government in the first tenure of Okowa and Chief Strategist to the state government in the sacked State Executive Council.
