A letter dated Friday June 4th 2021and personally signed by the Head of Service (HoS)/Fg. Secretay to the State Government, Mr. Reginald Bayoko, disclosed that the state governor, has approved the appointment of the Chief Ukah, as SSG.
According to the letter, Monday June 7th 2021, has been slated for his inauguration including the nine others previously announced.
Until his newest elevation, Chief Ukah, was the state Commissioner for Information in the first tenure of Okowa, before he was drafted to the ministry of Basic and Secondary Education in the second tenure of the Okowa-led administration after the sacked the State Executive Council and reappointed as SSG.
Chief Ukah, also Chaired the just concluded Delta State Praise and Thanksgiving Day in commemoration of the Dr. Okowa’s six years administration.
