Citing an Instagram post by one Tunde Ednut with the Instagram account, “kingtundeednut”, the group noted: “The author without facts hurried to the social media to malign a man who have worked hard to earn the enormous respect he commands in the society.
“Those used by political detractors should toe the right path devoid of acrimony. People should know that Gbagi remains undeterred by the schemings, as the blackmail targeted at him means nothing to him and his political sojourn to 2023.
“Truth is he did not humiliate anyone and enslaved any of his staffers. He sees them as his children, brothers and sisters because they work as one big family.
“He has always treated with regards everyone that comes his way. He has an open mind and deal with each and everyone with respect”, the group observed.
It added: “All these campaign of calumny and trying to smear his character will not succeed, his records are clear. They are going to come up with more gimmicks but they will fail.
“We are prepared, we will not be carried away or deterred. Let the will of God be done and they will never stop him from getting to 2023 and by the grace of God, with the support of all Deltans, he will do the needful and develop Delta,” the Urhobo group asserted.
