In a public notice signed by the Chairman, Delta State Caretaker Committee, Prophet Jones Ode Erue, on Thursday 17th December 2020, and made available to newsmen by the Publicity Secretary, Sylvester Imonina Esq., the party approved the free collection of forms by aspirants.
The notice equally disclosed that those who have paid money into the party’s account for both forms, it directed that such persons should come with evidences of payment for appropriate refund.
“The Chairman Caretaker Committee of All Progressive Congress (APC) Delta State Prophet Jones Ode Erue, has approved the Free collection/issuance of all Forms.
“Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms for the forthcoming Local Government Elections to interested party aspirants.
“Consequently, all forms (Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms), shall be given without any charges.
“Aspirants who have previously made whatever form of payment to the party’s account, should immediately furnish the party’s secretariat with evidence of such payments and their bank details for refund”.
The disclosed that party primaries to select flagbearers shall be by option A4.
