Agents of various aspirants in the 2023 governorship primary election stormed the voting stand where party and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials were seated.
The noisy session was occasioned by the closeness of the canopies to the ballot boxes.
Calm returned when the canopies were shifted backwards, some distances away from the voting points.
Another rowdy session occurred when Mr. Ndubuisi Nwongo, leader of the 7-man Committee announced that security agents would be stationed close to the cubicle to avoid delegates using their phones.
