The Ndokwa East Peoples Democratic Party Ward 7 Youth Leader, Comrade Prince Illiromah Omokaro Clinton has resigned his position and membership of the party, declaring his total support for the Governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), DSP Ovie Omo-Agege and the Deputy Governorship Candidate, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi Ossai Friday.
According to the Ibrede born Prince, he made the decision to enable him work assiduously to actualize the dream of his Boss and Benefactor, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi.
The resignation of Prince Clinton who over the years has been a stalwart of the PDP and of the strongest grassroot mobilizer in the LGA will be a big blow to the party in Ndokwa East.
Recall that yesterday Okowa appointed two commissioner nominees from Ndokwa East, however with the Youth Leader’s resignation, it’s clear that even if Okowa approves twenty more commissioner nominees for Ndokwa East, it still won’t be enough to halt the mass exodus of members of the PDP to the APC.
As it’s today, Ndokwa East LGA officially belongs to the All Progressive Congress and as everyone already know, the elections of 2023 belongs to the people and the people of Ndokwa East are all for Osanebi Ossai Friday.
