“It doesn’t change anything but please let your decision be on grounds of probity and trust with God.

“The kind of government that I want to run by the grace of God, is the one that is local government based. You people should be happy because God has given you enough raw materials for you to tap and use for the good and greatness of your people.

“So, were you to partnership with me, it is a win-win situation. What I am interested in, is to turn my youths out of the street into employment. The first programme I have, is to emancipate my youths from the streets of Delta.

“The kind of government I what to have is an arrangement for local government to local government on how to develop them and if I develop all my local governments, the state has become an El dorado.

“That is my strategy, develop the local governments and they become self-sufficient as local government and the compete with each other. Anybody that wants to takeover from Okowa now should be someone that can beats Okowa’s records”, the Industrialist added.

In his response, the PDP Chairman, Ndokwa East LGA, Chief Osilonya Vincent, praying God to grant Gbagi, his heart desires as far as his governorship ambition is concern.

“As you have watered us, God will water you. That Government House you are looking for, you will get there by the grace of God. It is God that gives power. God will give you uncommon grace, God will give you victory and success.

“Because you have desired good thing, good things will follow you and when you enter there, all the good things you have promised that you will do for us, God will help you to do them because we are suffering.

“As you go about this campaign, God will grant you uncommon favour and when the victory has gotten to you remember Ndokwa east”, he said.

“My prayer and that of my team, is that God Almighty should do his will for our leader and father Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi. I believe in the Almighty Godz I know what he can. He can make and dethrone a king but in your own case, he will a king in your life”, just as elder Ifeanyichukwu Onwukamike, asked Gbagi, to always prayer and dance to the glory of God daily.
