The Chief of Staff to Ekiti state Governor, Hon Biodun Omoleye has made his intension known to the general public to represent the good people of Ekiti central senatorial district comes 2023 under the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC).
Omoleye made this known through a letter he addressed to the leaders of APC, friends and associates, tittled “Expression of interest to contest for 2023 Ekiti Central Senatorial District.
The former counci Boss and pioneer General Manager of Ekiti State Emergency Management Agency said his voyage into politics was born out of his sheer passion for service and desires to contribute his own quota to making life better and more meaningful for the generality of his people.
Omoleye expressed appreciation to God and everyone God has used for him since his voyage into politics. “I thank God for how far He has used me for our people, for what he has done for me,and for making you to be part of my life’s political trajectory. I, therefore, owe my political achievements to your prayers, guidance, support and love. You have remained my greatest treasure on this voyage, for which I will entirely be grateful”.
The former University administrator promised that if elected, he will ensure that Ekiti central senatorial district enjoy the best representation in the 10th Assembly, thereby solicited for the support of party leaders and all stakeholders to make his dream come to reality.
” I am counting on you my leaders, friends for the actualization of this prized aspiration. Your support, guidance and prayers will be most appreciated.
Pointing out his antecedents as a consistent politician of progressive hue, the Fayemi’s chief Aide said,he has been with the party through thick and thin, added that he cannot do it alone without the support of his leaders and friends in the party.
Omoleye showered encomium on his Principal, the governor of Ekiti state, Dr. Kayode Fayemi whom he described as a “Pathfinder” who has laid a solid foundation for the state, stressed that time has come for everyone to rise and work in unison to consolidate the governor’s feasible and impactful strides.
The Chief of Staff aslo called for unity and cohesion among party members in order to achieve success in all the forthcoming elections.
