The Supreme Court has affirmed the candidature of Solomon Ahwinahwi, as the winner and bonafide candidate of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), for the House of Representatives, Ughelli North/Ughelli South/Udu Federal Constituency in the February 2023 elections.
Although, details of the judgement is still sketchy, it was learnt that the Apex Court advised the contender, Hon. Taleb Tebite to withdraw his suit, in his own interest which was duly withdrawn.
