Aniocha North @ 30: Nwaobi Felicitates Constituents

The Member representing Aniocha North State Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Engr. Emeka Emmanuel Nwaobi has congratulated the people of Aniocha North as they mark the 30th anniversary of the creation of the Local Government Area.

In his congratulatory message on Friday August 27, 2021, Hon. Nwaobi commended the people of Aniocha North for keeping faith with  the ideals of the  founding fathers of the Local Government Area.

Nwaobi commended the people of the area for their support and cooperation with  successive administrations in the State and said that their steadfastness towards Government policies and actions has remained unbeatable.

Hon. Nwaobi noted that the Local Government Area has also benefitted in many ways from previous administrations in the state since its creation in August 27, 1991, stressing that the imprint of successive administrations can still be felt in the area.

The Honourable Member, however said, that the height of development and transformation of the Local Government Area has been massively pronounced in the present administration under the leadership of Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.

“I make bold to say, with all amount of sincerity that Aniocha North has never had it so good since its creation 30 years ago.

“For about Six years now we have continued to witness tremendous infrastructure and human capital development in this present administration where His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has continued to play a fatherly role and my humble self as your representative in the State House of Assembly,” Nwaobi stated.

He affirmed that the cordial relationship between the Executive and the Legislature has brought about the much needed transformation that is being witnessed in Aniocha North.

“That is why I am using this opportunity to sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, our indefatigable Governor, for all  his efforts, being there for me and my people, because there is never a time I go to him to make a request on behalf of my people that he will not attend to me, hence the harvest of projects in Aniocha North.

“Indeed, the synergy has been wonderful and a great blessing to our Local Government Area,” he noted.

Nwaobi commended other notable leaders of the Local Government Area who have in no small measure, contributed in one form or the other towards the massive development of the area and said that the area has continued to move forward despite daunting challenges.

While calling for the continuous support and cooperation of the people of the area towards the policies and actions of the State Government which he noted are for a stronger and better Delta State, Hon. Nwaobi gave the assurance not to relent in his efforts to continue to attract people oriented projects to Aniocha North Constituency, through proactive representation, saying that more Infrastructure and Human Capital Development will come through the Stronger Delta Agenda of His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.

Nwaobi appealed for the  continued support for the Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa’s administration, and urged the people of Aniocha North to be  relentless in their prayers for the State and the Governor, in his dogged efforts towards finishing strong.

“Let me use this medium to sincerely commend and heartily congratulate all of our leaders and indeed the entire people of Aniocha North on this wonderful occasion of the 30th anniversary of our dear Local Government Area.

“God in His infinite mercy has blessed and kept us together despite our political, social and religious differences.

“Let us continue to live as one indivisible family by way of loving each other and stop whatever that tends to separate us from each other,” the Honourable Member said.

Speaking further, he said, “I sincerely and heartily appreciate all of you for your support for my representation.

“I Wish the entire people of Aniocha North the best as we celebrate the goodness of the Lord God Almighty today,” Nwaobi stated.
