Former Delta State Commissioner for Energy, Jonathan Ukodhiko, sitting House of Representatives member, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, got 80 votes out of 134 accredited and his colleagues in Bomadi, Rt. Hon. Nicholas Mutu, with 36 while Hon Basil Ganagana 23, haven won landslide in the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) primaries.
Jonathan Ukodhiko pulled 33 votes, while Bashorun Askia, the former Managing Director of DESOPADEC, scored 21, with former Isoko south council chairman, Itiako Ikpokpo, got three votes.
Former House of Assembly member, for Isoko south, Orezi Esievo, pulled 11, with Johnson Erijo two and Dickson Ebegbare, got five votes.
Meanwhile, the sitting member representing Ethiope Federal Constituency, Ben Igbakpa and his rival, Erhiatake Suen Ibori, locked horns with 34 votes each.
