As Nigerians awaits the final verdict of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, lawyers representing the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubarkar and Labour Party (LP), Peter Gregory Obi, have gained access into the Presidential Tribunal courtroom
Also, the Vice President of Nigeria, Kashim Shettima, has arrived at the Presidential Tribunal.
Similarly, the National Chairman of APC, and former governor of Kano State, HE Umar Ganduje Arrived the Presidential Tribunal.
Top opposition leaders are also in the courtroom.
The judgment on three petitions filed by the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, contesting the election of President Bola Tinubu, will be delivered today.
Wednesday’s judgment will be delivered by the chairman of the tribunal, Justice Haruna Tsammani, assisted by other members of the panel-Justices Stephen Adah, Monsurat Bolaji-Yusuf, Moses Ugo, and Abba Mohammed.
Meanwhile, APC governors have arrived at the Presidential Tribunal ahead of the judgement
Unconfirmed report says boys loyal to Asari Dokubo have equally arrived Abuja for pro-Tinubu rally as the presidential election petitions tribunal (PEPT) is set to give judgement on the 2023 election which President Tinubu won.
In same vein, Labour Party National Chairman, Abure, is also in the court to witness the judgement.
Both APC And PDP governors have also arrived at the presidential Tribunal.
At the time if filing this reports it was gathered that both Atiku Abubakar And Peter Obi are expected to be in court soon.
