A 16-years-old girl, Miss Nnenna Precious Okorie, made a smart one to the Abia state government house as a one day governor of the state.
Miss Okorie, a student of Galaxy Gem College, got the honour after she beat 20 other finalists to clinch the State Essay Competition.
She equally formed her cabinet with the 19 other finalists who competed with her in the Essay Competition.
At the Cabinet meeting, the new but 24 hours governor visited one of the hospital where she offset the hospital bills of some patients who were unable to pay their bills after treatment.
