Six Persons Survive Death As Vehicles Fall Into Valley In Anambra

Six persons have been rushed to Princeton Hospital, Ngozika Housing Estate, Akwa, Anambra state for medical attention after their cars fell into a valley in the area.

The survivors on Sunday, 13th December, 2020, had a road crash involving two vehicles near the Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC), Akwa Command.

Six persons onboard a Toyota Tacoma SUV with registration number SMK 36 FL, and Toyota Camry, with registration number ENU 430 MW heading towards Onitsha survived death when their vehicles fell into a shallow valley and somersaulted severally.

An eyewitness who do not want the name on print, attributed the incident to careless overtaking, adding that no death was recorded, while those injured were taken to hospital for medical attention.

It would be recalled that similar incident happened at the spot on 24th March, 2020, when six passengers onboard R.C.M Motors Company Limited, with registration number: AKL 771 YL heading to Onitsha fell into the shallow valley and somersaulted severally.

At press time, text message and calls put across the the Anambra State Sector Commander were not replied.
