Physically Challenge Appointees In Nigeria To Partner UN Soon

Plans are currently on top gear for physically challenge political appointees in Nigeria, to partner with the United Nations (UN), to be in synergy with People With Disabilities (PWD), in the country.

This was disclosed on Tuesday October 12th 2021, by the Senior Special Assistant to the Bayelsa State Governor, Hon. Oghenero Onocheremu, shortly after a meeting with Ambassador Godsknows Igali, in his office in Abuja.

The SSA, who led his Sokoto and Federal Capital Territory (FCT), physically challenge political appointee counterparts, disclosed that the meeting was fruitful.

According to him, the discussion was centered on how Amb. Igali, could bring the United Nation (UN) and other Ambassadors in Nigeria to work closely with the leadership of the People With Disability (PWD), across the Nigeria.

In his response, Amb. Igali, who thanked the physically challenge political appointees for finding him worthy, assured them that he would do his best.

Hear him: “I thank all of you who find me worthy to pay this great visit. I want to assure the physically challenge appointees of the various state that I will do my best.

“I will talk to the United Nations and other ambassadors on how they can come in to support the people, and disability community in Nigeria, particularly Bayelsa State”, he added.
