PHOTO NEWS: Activist Makes Deliberate Move To Restore Peace To Ijaw, Udu Warring Communities

Determined to ensure that peace and normal life was restored to Ogbe-Ijoh in Warri south west local government area and Aladja in Udu local government area both in Delta State, the National Coordinator, Centre for Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ), Chief Sheriff Mulade, a human rights activist has put up a peace concert for both communities.

The United Nations (UN) Global Ambassador, has continued consistently in similar ventures between Ijaw and Itsekiri communities by organizing a football tournament.

It would be recall that Chief Mulade tasked the Delta state governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Council Chairmen, traditional rulers and other relevant stakeholders to support initiative geared towards restoring lasting peace to the communities.
