ICC Congratulates Stella Macaulay On Assumption As Functioning Permanent Secretary, Commends Ojji On Retirement

The Indigenous Correspondents’ Chapel (ICC) of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Delta State Council, has congratulated Mrs. Stella Macaulay on assumption of office as Functioning Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Delta State, describing the development as well-deserved and timely.

In a congratulatory message signed by the leadership of the Chapel, ICC noted that Mrs. Macaulay’s appointment reflects her years of experience, dedication, and unwavering commitment to public service.

The Chapel expressed confidence that her tenure would be marked by professionalism, stability, and impactful service delivery.

Under the leadership of its Chairman, Comrade Kenneth Orusi, the ICC prayed for divine wisdom, strength, and guidance for Mrs. Macaulay as she assumes the responsibilities of her new office.

The Chapel further wished her a peaceful and successful tenure in service to the Ministry of Information and humanity at large.

The ICC also commended the outgoing Functioning Permanent Secretary, Mr. Harold Ojji, on his retirement from public service, acknowledging his years of dedicated and selfless contribution to the development of the information sector in Delta State.

The Chapel said Mr. Ojji’s career was worthy of honor, noting that his commitment, integrity, and service record have left a lasting legacy.

It prayed that God would keep, guide, and preserve him as he transitions into a new phase of life, granting him good health, peace, and fulfillment in the years ahead.
