The Abuja branch of Idumuje-Unor Progressive Union (IPUN) has paid a solidarity visit to their Senator, Prince Ned Munir Nwoko, the distinguished lawmaker representing Delta North senatorial district.

Sam Mukolu, President of the Abuja branch of IPUN, along with executives and stakeholders, made the visit on Friday, October 25, at the Senator’s Maitama residence in Abuja.

Senator Ned Nwoko, known for his approachable and responsive leadership style, warmly welcomed his Abuja-based constituents. The Union raised and discussed various developmental issues concerning Idumuje-Unor.

They also emphasized the creation of Anioma State and its potential benefits for Delta North, along with other matters of senatorial district development.

In a similar vein, the Ndoshimili Development Association, an Anioma socio-cultural organization from Ndokwa-East Local Government Area, has formally endorsed the creation of Anioma State.

The endorsement was communicated through a statement signed by the association’s Chairman, Dr. Titus Obiorah Enuebuke.

The statement read in part: “On our part (Ndoshimili Development Association), as the umbrella socio-cultural organization of Ndokwa-East Local Government Area and its people, we have never doubted your capacity, capability, and sincerity in leading our people, particularly in the Anioma State creation movement.

“We wish to use this medium to register and assure you, Distinguished Senator, of our total, unalloyed, and unambiguous support, while wishing you success in actualizing the long-fought-for Anioma State.”

The statement continued: “We also appreciate your efforts in establishing strategies and measures to provide purposeful representation and leadership for the Anioma people (Delta North) not only in the Senate but across all facets of governance in Nigeria, including the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches.

This commitment is evident in the quality of your discourse and legislative bills, as well as your determination to secure a fair share for our people within the nation.”
